1. Base Unit: 300x250 pixels – Interactive Video Banner
2. Expanded Unit: 810x550 pixels – Expanded Banner with Video and Interactions
3. Base Unit Video File Requirements – In any Editable Format (like flv, mp4, wmv) and in good resolution.  Preferably under 1 min in duration.
4. Expanded Unit Creative Requirements – Any Creative Assets relevant, Font, Images, and Buttons etc.
5. Video Length : 30 Sec
6. Flash Max Size : 100KB or Less
7. Flash Version : Version 9 or below
8. Mandatory for both the Flash file :
   1. Audio must be user initiated. Mute by default.
   2. Audio mute button required.
   3. 3 looping animation within 15 seconds allowed.
   4. Expand on mouse over / click
   5. Blinking animation and related is not allowed.
   6. 1x1 pixel dark grey border.
   7. Close Button on the Expandable unit mandatory.
9. Mandatory For Video :
   1. Max video duration 30 seconds.
   2. Audio must be user initiated. Mute by default.
   3. Replay allowed with user initiation.
   4. Play, Stop and Mute buttons.
   5. Audio: Mono 48kbps approximately.

10. While Submitting creatives, FLAs,Raw File and all the fonts used are required along with the swf & backup images.
