Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur has always been a serious B-school but somehow its true status, for some reason, never got reflected in the rankings. But thanks to the growing importance of HR management, in which it is among the best, this seeming anomaly appears to have been corrected in this year’s BT rankings. XLRI for the first time has broken into the Top Five list at joint #5, up three places from its 8th rank last year. The picture depicts students on the XLRI campus.
