The Skoda Yeti is the first SUV from the Czech manufacturer to be offered to its Indian customers. Named after the mythical snowman said to inhabit the remote regions of the Himalayas, the Skoda Yeti is the result of Skoda’s experience of over 100 years in developing and manufacturing world class vehicles and, therefore, hopes to set new standards in the compact SUV segment.
The Yeti will come to the market with five wide opening doors to aid easy access to the passenger as well as luggage compartments. Additionally it features an intelligent permanent four wheel drive system that enables it to go on even when the roads have disappeared. The fact that it has a high ground clearance of 180mm only helps its off-roading cause. In addition to its abilities, the Yeti also boasts of a spacious cabin and top notch ergonomics. |
