THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS
Sanjay Gandhi
                          1976
India Today called him many things over the years. Indira Gandhi's balding, blundering son; a freewheeling entrepreneur, even chief of the Sanjay Brigade. And when he died in an air crash in 1980, it asked: "Who was the real Sanjay Gandhi? An overgrown schoolboy, playing with cars and planes, or a messiah come to lead his chosen people? Abully with limited intelligence and unlimited power or the Great New Hope for a country in search of a new identity?"
