The UPA plans to bring out a "more stringent than POTA" anti-terror law before the general elections. "It will not be TADA or POTA. It will not have the word 'terror' in its title at all," says a senior official.
The country will have to improve its border management policies, take a leaf out of laws on terrorism in the UK and the US, apart from beefing up its intelligence network, writes Saurabh Shukla.
