Key Highlights
74.6 % North Indian men are "price conscious in purchase behaviour" and strongly agree with the statement. This is by far the maximum for any zone.
57.8% men from North, 36.2% from East, 37.9% from West, 32.0% from South "always look for value for money".
Only about 5% of the men show very low price consciousness.
Mini and mid metros have high price consciousness. Chennai and Ahmedabad are the two towns expressing the least price consciousness.
About 50% of the men exhibit high price consciousness and another 30% remain moderately price conscious.

The Indian shopping male today is faced with a medley of brands - of all kinds and prices. The study reveals that there are not many among the target group who are not price conscious. Half of the Indian male population is highly price conscious with Delhi men (63%) expressing price consciousness the most!
