Over 40% do not even know whether they would like to be employed after the retirement years or not. And this is true also of the 55-year-plus men.
Most among the rest plan to be employed after the retirement years, some partly but mostly fully.
Only about 7% fear that the condition after retirement would go down significantly, it is telling that 55% of them cannot predict one way or the other, the uncertainty remains high even after 55 years when the retirement lurks just a few years away.
Many men exhibit uncertainty and respond 'can't say now' about their future. This uncertainty is the most in the South zone (68.5%) and the least in West zone (25.7%).

Only 30% of the men said that they have started planning, more of them from the East (39%) and West (37%) and the least from the South (19%).
